Client needs are the driving force behind JMC innovation. Our Engineers, with experience in all aspects of the telecommunications industry, can do the job. Your project, whether large or small, is given totally professional treatment.


Our Survey Crews are highly qualified individuals with experience in meeting the requirements for Aerial and Buried Cable Routes. Personnel are utilizing Data Collection Equipment and Remote Download Technology to our CAD Department. All the required equipment and personnel are mobilized to meet the client’s requirements.


The Drafting Department stays on the leading edge of technological advances, and maintains close coordination with our Survey Crews, and Engineers. Eagle Point Software ensures accuracy from Field Survey Teams to the final CAD Drawings. The latest versions of AutoCAD Software are always utilized to meet the client’s needs and still fulfill their manual, or custom drafting requirements. Drawings are always produced in accordance with the standards and formats specified by the client.


JMC takes great pride in our staff of experienced Right-of-Way Agents. Individual agents or an entire staff will assist the client and report to the Project Manager/ Engineer - from project planning to records closeout. Agents are experienced in all aspects of Survey Permission, Route Recommendations, Title Searches, Appraisals, Easement Acquisition, Document Preparation, Claim Settlements, Records Management and Right-of-Way Records closeout. JMC generally provides agents with checkbooks and handles easement acquisitions and settlements on-site. All acquisitions and settlements are made within the limits established by the client; exceptions are cleared on a case-by-case basis prior to payment.


A computerized project tracking system provides up-to-date cost figures for timely and effective decision-making. Tracking can be established in accordance with the client’s requirements.
